At St Andrew's those who wish to receive the Holy Sacrament of Communion (Consecrated Bread and Wine) mark that decision at a special service called Confirmation. Confirmation Services take place once a year and are officiated at by the Bishop. Our confirmation services usually take place near St Andrew’s Day in November following a twelve week course. The adult tends to run of an evening and includes discussion of all the basic building blocks of our faith. The children's course, for year 5 upwards runs during the day and tackles the questions of faith in a fun and age appropriate way. Further details of courses are available in the magazine or by contacting the parish office.
